Hi lovelies! This DIY is another super easy one for you! Recently my mom sent me a box of 'goodies' - a bunch of stuff she figured I could use for DIY projects. Well there were a bunch of these vintage Christmas brooches in there and I realized they'd make perfect napkin rings coupled with this gorgeous dupioni silk ribbon! {How-to after the jump!}
You'll need:
- Various brooches (try your local thrift store or etsy!)
- Scissors
- Midori Dupioni Silk Ribbon
How-to:
- Cut a piece of ribbon about 14" long. Cut it longer if you'd like to tie your ends in a bow; I like the raw edge instead.
- Thread the brooch onto the ribbon.
- Tie a simple knot to secure the brooch.
- Wrap around a napkin and tie in the front, moving the knot under the brooch.
These make a great gift as well as a fun + easy way to spice up your holiday tablescape :)
