My Mani ~ Emerald City

Hi lovelies!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!  I recently ~finally~ picked up OPI's When Monkeys Fly and coincidentally layered it over a bright emerald color, not realizing the whole Emerald City thing until later.  It looks so good together though!  {Click to keep reading!}

Here's what I used:

• 2 coats of 'Wild Cactus' by Color Club (from a Birchbox!)
• 2 thin coats of 'When Monkeys Fly' by OPI

 

What I love most about 'When Monkeys Fly' and what sets it apart from other glitters is its composition.  Obviously there's the huge gold hex pieces, but there's small and smaller holo hex pieces as well, so I had to include an out of focus pic that captured the holo as best I could!
