Deborah Lippman 'I Know What Boys Like' and Essie Luxeffects 'Shine of the Times'
I can't tell you how much I'm loving this combo! Shine of the Times is a crazy irridescent holographic flake top coat that is unbelievable. I've been DYING for something like this and am madly in love with it! The periwinkle of the DL I Know What Boys Like really sets it off too.
