I don't think I could do a vlog- it would make me so nervous! Good job being brave! I think you look great! I love your hair- it always looks fabulous! Also, I love your cheerful voice! As for the bracelet, I do like that set, but I guess I would just get something else with the credit to be on the safe side.

Also, I think I would just return the bracelet and get a credit for it...apparently a lot of other people have had problems with that particular bracelet as well. It also might just be easier than having to go through that whole process again...and hoping it arrives in one piece. Also, maybe with the credit you will discover something that you like even more!

ReplyDeleteHey! So, I bought the Encore necklaces and the one with the gold tassels fell apart the FIRST day I wore them. I was so upset. Then I looked on their FB page and apparently others had the same issue. Some even had the thread unravel. UGH. I'm disappointed to hear that your bracelet fell apart too. I contacted customer service, and they issued a credit immediately. No exchanges, just credit. But now....I'm not so sure I'm going to purchase any more. The Encore was my first piece....and that was a bad experience. Maybe I'll try one more time and see how it goes. But I think you should contact them if you haven't already. It's pretty painless. Except now I don't have the Encore necklaces. booo
